Need to dispute a transaction that appears on your card?
Prior to the submission of a dispute form, kindly liaise with the merchant directly in order to have the issue rectified.
A Declaration of Source Fund Form is required to be completed by all account holders making payments of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and above to their Cave Shepherd Card account.
