Over the past year, the Cave Shepherd Card Team has developed specialty programs, inclusive of Cardholder Repayment Options and Monthly Repayment Grace Periods, in our efforts to assist members of our Cardholder Family, who would be affected by temporary retrenchments or job loss due to the pandemic. We, therefore, wish to take this opportunity to encourage any member of our Cardholder Family, who may currently be experiencing financial difficulties and would like to discuss their available options with regards to their Cave Shepherd Card account, to do so by participating in one of these programs.
We encourage you to submit your request for participation by sending an email to [email protected] where one of our Credit Officers will be in contact to discuss the particulars of your account and to finalize the program details. Kindly note that these requests will be managed on a case-by-case basis and you are encouraged to submit your requests at your earliest convenience.
